Fun Note: The Wabasha Street Caves are the only remaining restored Gangster Era site in Saint Paul. They offer historic tours of extensive caves carved into the hillside in long abandoned mining ventures in 1800's. Later, the caves were used as a mushroom farm, and then developed as a Restaurant Casino and Gangsters' Hotspot during the 1930's prohibition era. Newspapers reported an unsolved gangland murder at the casino. Tour guides point out the bullet holes. Some believe the caves are haunted by the murdered mobsters whose bodies were never found... We are available for your listening and dancing pleasure! We perform at a variety of venues from wineries, swing dances, weddings and other private events to city parks and senior centers. We are the First Thursday of the month Swing Band at the Wabasha Street Caves Thursday night Swing Nights.
Typical venues that work well for us are ballrooms, banquet and concert halls, city park band shells, community centers, party rooms, wineries, breweries, retirement communities, and senior residences.
